HiHo and GB in the USVI - June 12, 2010
Just the two of us checking out the US Virgin Islands to be ready for guests who will want an adventure there. Found some great sailing and beautiful anchorages. Easy to get to from the US. Check out our travelogue and photos. Come on down - we're ready for you!
Thanksgiving in the BVI - Nov. 21, 2009
Krusty and Peg Leg Haberle (a.k.a. Kristin and Craig Haberle) had been to the BVI several times before but wanted to see something different. So they joined us for a Thanksgiving Jamann Adventure and off we went sailing to Anegada, Jost Van Dyke and Peter Island. Had to substitute cornish hens for a Turkey as we gave thanks for another great adventure.
E-town Ladies in the BVI - June 14, 2009
The E-town Ladies - Donna Hollinger, Becky Kenderdine, Tana Parrett and Carol Bender - continue their annual adventures joining us for a week of sailing, snorkeling, hiking, relaxation and lots of fun in the BVI.
Cay Cruisers in Australia - March 18, 2009
We traveled half way around the world to sail among the Whitsunday Islands off the north east coast of Australia. Joining us for the adventure were the 2009 Cay Cruisers, Brenda and Bill Dorsey, Diane Vickers and Steve Brubaker. Daily write ups and LOTS of photos.
First Mate Diane Vickers - June 22, 2008
Captain HiHo's favorite first mate, Diane Vickers joined us for a very exciting romp across 35 miles of the open blue to the Island of St. Croix. We spent several days exploring Christiansted and Buck Island before returning to the BVI.
The Pawelski Family Pirates - June 14, 2008
With lots of pre-trip party planning and a few name changes the Pawelski family ventured down to the BVI for a week of sailing, snorkeling, diving and pirate adventure. The excitement of the week was appropriately captured in Rick "Mr. Clean" Pawelski's travelogue.
Logpond BVI Flotilla - January 12, 2008
We had the pleasure of welcoming dear friends Brenda and Bill Dorsey and brother in law Ed Buchanan to join us for a week of sailing. 17 others from the Logpond Marina had also come down chartering two other monohulls and a big catamaran. A great time was had by all chasing each other counter clockwise around Tortola, the main island of the BVI.
